About us

We find the problems hiding behind your traffic, rankings and marketing data.

Sometimes the problem is SEO. Sometimes it is the website. Sometimes a migration broke something. Sometimes the tracking is wrong. Sometimes the company is getting traffic that will never become customers. And now there is another layer: people are using AI to find companies and products.

In one sentence

Find the problem. Prove it. Fix it. Measure it.

Mission
Make digital growth easier to understand, easier to measure and easier to improve.
Vision
Build a modern consulting company where AI handles the heavy analysis and repetitive work, while experienced people make the important business decisions.
Markets
USA · Canada · Europe · Middle East

Company purpose

We look at the full system.

We help companies understand why their digital growth is not working as expected, and fix the systems behind it. Our work sits across search, websites, analytics, migrations, content, AI search, conversion and data — because that is where the real problems live: between two systems, where nobody owns the boundary.

We look at the full system, find what is actually wrong, explain it in simple language, and help fix it.

No ranking promises. No giant reports nobody reads.

Find the problem. Prove it. Fix it. Measure it.

The eight layers we look across

  • BusinessL1
  • SearchL2
  • WebsiteL3
  • TechnicalL4
  • ContentL5
  • ConversionL6
  • MeasurementL7
  • AI SearchL8

Most consultancies own one or two of these. The expensive problems live between them.

How we decide what to work on

Six things that shape every decision here

Including how we use AI internally, and why we will not sell you something we cannot measure.
  • Diagnosis is the hard part

AI can produce a technical audit in minutes. Working out which three of its 300 findings will change your revenue requires knowing your business, and that is where we spend our time.

  • The problems live between systems

SEO agencies look at search. Analytics consultants look at tracking. Developers look at code. The expensive problems sit in the gaps, which is why we look across all of them at once.

  • Evidence beats opinion

Every recommendation we make carries the data it came from. You should be able to check our work, disagree with it, and hold us to it.

  • We use AI internally, not as a product claim

AI handles pattern detection, clustering, summarisation and drafting. Humans make every business recommendation, every migration decision and every claim about revenue.

  • Accountability is the service

We say what we will do, what it should change, and then report what actually happened — including the months when the honest answer is “no movement yet”.

  • We turn repeated work into tooling

When the same analysis happens for the tenth time, we build the check. That makes delivery faster and more consistent — it does not replace the judgement.

Our business rule

Never sell a service just because we can do it.

We sell it only when all six of these are true. If one is missing, the honest answer is that we should not take the work.

  1. The customer has the problem.
  2. The problem matters to the business.
  3. The customer can pay to solve it.
  4. We can prove the problem exists.
  5. We can deliver the solution.
  6. We can measure the result.

How we communicate

Simple language is not less professional.

It makes the business easier to understand — and it makes it much harder to hide behind jargon.

Instead of

“We identified a significant indexation inefficiency caused by canonicalization inconsistencies.”

We say

“Google is being told that some important pages are duplicates. We need to fix the canonical tags.”

We aim to sound

  • smart
  • direct
  • practical
  • calm
  • honest
  • technical when it needs to be
  • easy to understand
  • business-focused

We avoid

  • corporate language
  • fake confidence
  • “revolutionary”
  • “game-changing”
  • “cutting-edge solutions”
  • meaningless AI buzzwords

The people

Real people, doing the analysis themselves.

Named profiles are on their way

Named profiles have not been published yet. Rather than show stock portraits or invented people, this section lists the roles that do the work. Ask us who would work on your project and we will tell you directly.
  • Founder & Principal Consultant

    Search, technical SEO and measurement

Leads every diagnostic and signs off every recommendation and every claim about revenue. A named profile will be published here.

    Diagnostics, migrations, analytics

Qualification

Who we work with — and who we turn down

We are probably a good fit if

  • You have a real business with measurable goals
  • You have meaningful website traffic, revenue or technical complexity
  • You can provide access to your data
  • Someone on your side can implement, or you want us to
  • You understand that search work takes time to compound
  • You want business results, not a ranking report
  • You are willing to fix technical problems when we prove they matter

We are the wrong choice if you want

  • You want guaranteed rankings
  • You want 10,000 AI-generated articles
  • You want purchased backlinks
  • You want manufactured Reddit or review activity
  • You will not give access to your data
  • You need transformative results in two weeks
  • You only care about traffic volume

None of these are moral positions. They are things that do not work, and taking money for them would waste yours. How we actually work

The facts, stated plainly

Everything about us in eight answers

Deliberately written as plain facts rather than positioning, so that a person skimming and a machine parsing get the same answer.
What is VERQEN?
VERQEN is a digital growth and search intelligence consulting firm that helps SaaS, ecommerce, marketplace and B2B companies diagnose and fix the SEO, technical, analytics, migration and AI-search problems that stop their websites from producing revenue.
What do you do?
We diagnose and fix the systems that control search visibility, website performance and organic revenue: technical SEO, site architecture, website migrations, analytics and conversion measurement, content architecture, programmatic pages and AI search visibility.
Who do you help?
Mid-market companies where the website has enough traffic, revenue, data or technical complexity that mistakes are expensive. Most often SaaS, ecommerce and product platforms, marketplaces and directories, B2B services, real estate, travel and large content sites.
Where do you work?
United States, Canada, Europe, Middle East. All work is delivered in English.
How do you price?
Fixed scope and fixed price per project. Diagnostics start at $1,500, focused fix projects at $2,500, migrations at $7,500, and monthly programmes at $2,500 per month. Price is driven by URL count, markets, data complexity, platform, risk and how much implementation is included.
What is your methodology?
Find, prove, prioritise, fix, measure. Eight analysis layers — business, search, website, technical, content, conversion, measurement and AI search — analysed together. Every finding carries its evidence, and unconfirmed conclusions are labelled as unconfirmed.
What do you not do?
We do not guarantee rankings or AI search placements. We do not produce mass AI content, buy backlinks, or manufacture reviews or community mentions. We do not sell hours.
How do I contact you?
Email hello@verqen.com or use the contact form. We reply within one business day.
