Roles we expect to open

What we will need, and roughly when

Listed honestly: these are not open positions today. We use contractors before hiring full-time for roles we are not certain about.

  • Technical SEO consultant

    Not open yet

    Opens: When diagnostic and implementation demand is consistent

    What we would look for

    • Comfortable in a crawler, Search Console and a browser dev tools panel
    • Can write a ticket a developer can implement without asking questions
    • Will say “we do not have enough evidence to confirm this”

  • Analytics & measurement specialist

    Not open yet

    Opens: When measurement work outgrows the current capacity

    What we would look for

    • GA4 and GTM to implementation depth, not interface depth
    • Will test with real actions rather than reading the configuration
    • Understands consent and its measurement consequences

  • Data / AI engineer

    Not open yet

    Opens: Once the internal analysis tooling is worth maintaining properly

    What we would look for

    • Builds pipelines that other people can debug
    • Interested in making analysis reproducible, not in demos
