Pricing approach

How projects are scoped and priced.

Projects are scoped around website size, data complexity, risk and how much implementation is included. We do not sell hours, and we do not hide the numbers — below is what the main types of work start at and what moves the number.
Diagnostic
From $1,500
Focused fix
From $2,500
Migration
From $7,500
Monthly
From $2,500 / mo

The principle

We sell a business problem, a scope and an outcome. If we cannot describe the outcome, we should not be quoting for the work.

Starting figures

What each type of work starts at

A buyer should never feel that pricing is being hidden. These are real starting figures with the typical range beside them.
  • Growth Diagnostic

    From $1,500

    $3,500–$8,000 for a typical mid-market site

    Timeline
    2–4 weeks
    Best for
You know performance is wrong and need to know why before spending anything else.

    What is included

    • Analysis across all eight layers
    • Prioritised findings with evidence and business impact
    • Exact action items and owners
    • 90-day roadmap and measurement plan
    • A working session with your team
  • Focused fix project

    From $2,500

$2,500–$7,500 for a defined technical or analytics fix

    Timeline
    2–5 weeks
    Best for
You already know the problem and want it fixed properly, once.

    What is included

    • One clearly defined problem, scoped and fixed
    • Developer-ready specification with acceptance criteria
    • Implementation or implementation review
    • QA and post-change validation
  • Major technical project

    From $7,500

    $7,500–$20,000

    Timeline
    6–12 weeks
    Best for
Large sites where the fix is a system, not a task list.

    What is included

    • Architecture, indexation or programmatic work at scale
    • Template and rule design with quality thresholds
    • Phased implementation with your engineering team
    • Monitoring by page type
  • Migration Protection

    From $7,500

$7,500–$30,000+ depending on size and risk

    Timeline
Starts 4–8 weeks before launch, runs 30 days after
    Best for
You are replatforming, redesigning or changing domain and cannot afford to lose traffic.

    What is included

    • Pre-migration audit and risk register
    • Value-scored URL inventory and tested redirect specification
    • Technical, content and analytics requirements
    • Launch-day QA with pass/fail criteria
    • 30-day monitoring and a retained-versus-lost report
  • Analytics & Measurement

    From $2,500

    $2,500–$12,000 depending on stack complexity

    Timeline
1–2 weeks audit, 2–4 weeks implementation
    Best for
Your numbers do not reconcile and decisions are being made on them anyway.

    What is included

    • GA4, GTM, ads and CRM audit
    • Real-action testing through the whole chain
    • Measurement plan built on your business definitions
    • Corrected event and conversion set with dataLayer contracts
    • Reconciliation report with the explained gap
  • Search Intelligence programme

    From $2,500 / month

    $5,000–$10,000 / month for a growth scope

    Timeline
    Monthly, month-to-month after onboarding
    Best for
Organic is material to revenue and nobody is currently watching the whole system.

    What is included

    • Monthly analysis across search, revenue, technical, competitors and AI search
    • Continuous monitoring with alerts, not month-end surprises
    • Execution of agreed fixes
    • A report that answers what changed, why, and what we do next
    • A monthly meeting structured around decisions

These are starting figures for scoping conversations, not a rate card. A quote follows a short call and a look at your site, and it is fixed before work starts.

What actually moves the number

So you can estimate roughly where you sit before you talk to us.
Factors that affect project pricing
FactorWhy it matters
Number of URLsDrives crawl, analysis and segmentation effort more than anything else.
Number of markets and languagesEach market multiplies the search, technical and content analysis.
Data availabilityClean access is fast. Missing history, no CRM or no logs means more work for a less certain answer.
Platform and CMSSome platforms make a fix a config change; others make it an engineering project.
Risk levelA live migration or a revenue-critical template needs more validation and more review.
Number of teams involvedCoordination across marketing, engineering, product and an existing agency is real work.
How much implementation is includedSpecification only, review only, or us doing the work — three different numbers.
